Sri Lanka Women won the toss and elected to bat against England in the First ODI which began at the SSC ground in Colombo a short while ago today (9).
Sri Lanka will host England in four Women's ODI's from November 9 to 18 in Colombo.
Sri Lanka: Hasini Perera, Nipuni Hansika, Chamari Atapattu, Nilakshi de Silva, Ama Kanchana, Inoka Ranaweera (Capt), Chamari Polgampola, Dilani Manodara (wk), Prasadani Weerakkody, Oshadi Ranasinghe, Hansima Karunaratne.
England: Tammy Beaumont, Katherine Brunt, Alex Hartley, Danielle Hazell, Amy Jones (wk), Heather Knight (wk), Beth Langston, Natalie Sciver, ran Wilson, Lauren Winfield, Georgea Elwiss.

In his special statement, President Ranil Wickremesinghe announced that debt restructuring agreements will postpone all bilateral loan payments to foreign countries until 2028. Additionally, Sri Lanka will have until 2043 to repay these loans on concessional terms.
