Having firmly established itself on the fashion calendar, Colombo Fashion Week (CFW) now in its 22nd year, presented its Summer edition from February 19 to 22. The shows featured an impressive array of local and international talent, including designers from India, Italy and Russia. Over 30 designers presented their creations on the ramp, including 15 emerging designers who showed their collections alongside the established names in local fashion.

A Sri Lankan man was apprehended at Suvarnabhumi airport for attempting to smuggle wildlife out of the country after three ball pythons were found hidden in his underwear, the Bangkok post reported.
