Police officers at the Keselwatte police station are seen assisting three wheeler drivers to obtain the fuel pass. Three wheelers need to register at their nearest police station in order to obtain their designated fuel station. Four million users have registered with the National Fuel Pass as at 9.00 p.m on Tuesday, Energy Minister Kanchana Wijesekare said. Among them 723,022 are three wheelers.
