Sri Lanka Twenty20 (T20) skipper Lasith Malinga cited the upcoming Australia tour as an opportunity for young players to cement their place in the team for the upcoming T20 World Cup. Next year's T20 world cup is scheduled to be played in Australia from October to November. Sri Lanka will play Australia in three T20I’s between October 27 and November 1.
A Sri Lanka Air Force Bell 212 helicopter belonging to the No. 72 squadron has crashed into the Madhuru Oya reservoir this morning, Air FOrce Media Spokesman Eranda Geeganage said.
