A function was held at the Slave Island police station yesterday evening to bid farewell to Police Sergeant G. W. Chandralal De Silva of the Community Police Unit, who retired after 35 years of service.
Yoshitha Rajapaksa has been arrested by the CID in Beliatta, the Police said.
