The 'Pulathisi' Intercity Express Train, an S13 luxury train which was newly added to the Sri Lanka Railways commenced operations today (Sept.12) from Colombo to Polonnaruwa flagged off by President Sirisena.
A Sri Lanka Air Force Bell 212 helicopter belonging to the No. 72 squadron has crashed into the Madhuru Oya reservoir this morning, Air FOrce Media Spokesman Eranda Geeganage said.
