Metatechno Lanka together with Fitness First organized Sri Lanka Friendship marathon on July 6th at university of Moratuwa. The events were held under 4 main categories Men’s full marathon (42.195km) , University Students Girls and Boys (10km), School Girls and Boys (10km) and Fun Marathon event (3km). More than 250 participated in the for above events and Japanese delegates from Japan participated in the Fun Marathon event. Y.M Nimal Shantha won the full marathon event and W N Manjula Wickramasinghe and D M P Bandara won the 2nd and 3rd place.
