Parents study puzzling sign outside school

Ramasinghe Vidyalaya is a long-established school in Dalugama, Kelaniya. Parents, students and residents were recently surprised to see a signboard put up right in front of the existing school nameboard. The new sign says: “This land is the property of D. A. Rajapaksa Vidyalaya. Entry without permission is prohibited.” Parents are wondering whether the name of their children’s school might be changed overnight and who is behind this.
