PBJ case: Genuine error over judgment copy stir

When Supreme Court Justice Shiranee Thilakawardena’s dissenting judgment in Treasury Secretary P.B. Jayasundera’s application, was released to the public on Tuesday as certified copies it didn’t include two pages of the 16-page ruling, raising concerns among those who received a copy.

Court sources said it was a bona fide error and upon being alerted of the flaw, the Court’s Registrar released complete copies of the judge’s judgment the next day with pages 14 and 15 (earlier missing pages).
