Malaysian-based NEO iTopia has signed an agreement with the Board of Investment (BOI) of Sri Lanka to provide state of the art telecommunication services.
The venture will provide electronic communication and wireless broadband services to government and commercial corporations in Sri Lanka. "The company will provide BlueCherry Service, a form of BlackBerry provided over GSM phones integrated with email facilities," said Ng See Nguan. Managing Director of NEO iTopia in a statement issued by the BOI. Dhammika Perera, Chairman / Director General signed the agreement on behalf of the BOI and formally presented the BOI Certificate of Registration to Mr. Ng See Nguan.
