A combined martial arts coaching programme of physical exercises and self defence organized by the Ga-Ru Karate School will take place on November 28 (Saturday) at the Blue Feathers Sports Club Gymnasium, First Lane Campus Road, Katubadde, Moratuwa starting at 4 p.m.

The meet will be conducted by Gamini Rupasinghe, 6th Dan Black Belt Karate and 2nd Dan Black Belt Kudokan in Judo.
