AIESEC Work Abroad Programme : Adding colour to your career

Present in over 107 countries and with over 45,000 members, AIESEC is the world's largest student-run organization. Focused on providing a platform for youth leadership development, AIESEC offers young people the opportunity to be global citizens, to change the world, and to get experience and skills that matter today.

Work Abroad (Global Exchange Program) is the defining element of the AIESEC experience providing any student of the University, the opportunity to live and work in a foreign country.

Through our exchange programme, we offer over 5.500 members a year the opportunity to have a practical professional experience in a foreign country. The challenge of living and working abroad provides an incredible learning experience.

Many students go for internships after their degree and many follow short internships in the University vacation. In the forthcoming August vacation 4 students of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura are selected to be interns in MAFOI consultancy India.
