The menu includes various Continental choices for each course. Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo has lined up a series of indulgences for mums beginning with special treats at Goodies to a Mother’s Day Lunch at the Dining Room and even a Mother’s Day High Tea at the Lounge.
On Mothers’ Day spend some quality time with mum over a lavish Sunday lunch buffet at The Dining Room. The spread will include batter fried prawns and fried handallo prepared à la minute. The dessert display will literally be the icing on the cake, with a selection of over twenty sweet treats comprising ‘Mama’s chocolate roll’, Prune and cheese strudel, the all-time favourite Ribbon cake, an Eggless mocha cake, Chocolate fudge cake, Lemon meringue pie, Floating island, Summer pudding, Fruit trifle, Orange mousse, Avocado and white chocolate mousse, Strawberry tartlets, Profiteroles filled with chocolate mousse, Tiramisu, Pears in red wine, Open apple tart, Charlotte royal, Mixed fruit cheesecake, Chocolate and mango pyramid, Queen of pudding, Chocolate fountain and Crème brûlée.
