Electric Peacock Festival has created a trend of attracting hugely popular artists to Sri Lanka, starting off by bringing the heavy weight Grammy Award winning DJ Roger Sanchez in December 2010.
Basement Jaxx are a Grammy Award winning British dance music act from London, consisting of founder Felix Buxton and partner Simon Ratcliffe.
Continuing the trend of new experiences and adrenaline pumped entertainment, Basement Jaxx are set to take centre stage at the Electric Peacock Festival with their unique flavour of musical mayhem.
On a global musical platform Basement Jaxx have cut through on the house, dance, hip hop, pop and electro music scenes and have been cited as being a contributor to moulding our current international dance scene. Being both Grammy Award and BRIT Award winners for Dance music, Basement Jaxx promises an incredible show.
