A lotus to bloom on South Asia's tallest telecom tower

The foundation stone laying ceremony of the 350- metre Lotus Tower, said to be the tallest multi-functional Telecommunication Tower in South Asia, was held on Friday. At the ceremony, seen here are Economic Development Minister Basil Rajapaksa, Presidential Secretary, Lalith Weeratunge, Senior Minister A.H.M.
