The Sri Lankan importer of Nissan vehicles said this week it has decided to absorb up to 58 % of the recent tax increase on vehicles that customers would have to pay from April 1.
Associated Motorways (Pvt) Ltd (AMW) said in a media statement that customers ‘can enjoy from a minimum saving on tax increase of 46% ascending to a maximum of 58% savings on some models.”
A spokesperson for AMW said the offer is valid only till May 15. The company has also extended to existing Suzuki Maruti customers comprising about 50,000 owners a special trade-in facility. |
