Ceylon Biscuits Ltd and CBL Natural Foods among Best 40 Great Places to Work

Ceylon Biscuits Limited (CBL) and CBL Natural Foods Private Limited were ranked among the 40 Best Workplaces in Sri Lanka 2020 by Great Place to Work® while CBL Natural Foods was also ranked among the 10 Best Workplaces for Women, recognizing its efforts to empower women in the workforce and value chain, CBL said in a media release.

With over 85% of its dynamic workforce falling into the category of Millennials, CBL Exports was also ranked among the 10 Best Workplaces for Millennials in 2020.

CBL Group subsidiaries Ceylon Biscuits Limited, CBL Natural Foods Private Limited and CBL Exports Private Limited registered and were certified as Great Places to Work. The certification recognizes the commitment of these companies to develop the people and culture of their organisations, the release said.
