INSEE Cement hosted its top performing Business Partners at the annual INSEE Business Partner Awards 2021 recently, recognising and rewarding regional and national Business Partners for their sales performance during the pandemic-hit 2020.
The awards night hosted at Cinnamon Lodge Habarana under the patronage of the company’s Chairman and its Executive Committee was held under strict COVID-19 guidelines and with restricted guest capacity to ensure the health and safety of all present at the celebration.
“Amidst unprecedented challenges in 2020, INSEE Cement was the first company to get safely back on the roads and serve the market during the pandemic, thanks to the strong loyalty and commitment from our Business Partners,” Jan Kunigk, Executive Vice President - Sales, Marketing & Innovations at INSEE Cement said during the ceremony. “Not only did our collaborative efforts achieve growth in 2020, together we strengthened INSEE’s position as the undisputed leader in the local market. We thank our Business Partners for their dedication and look forward to celebrating their achievements for years to come!”
The INSEE Cement Executive Committee took to the stage to present the Business Partner of the Year Award, with Lahiru Imbuldeniya of New Central Hardware Pilimatalawa walking away with the coveted title.
