LOLC Life Assurance recently hosted its inaugural MDRT Summit and Recognition Night for 2025, an event aimed at preparing aspiring MDRT members for their 2025 targets while celebrating the achievements of those who earned the prestigious membership in 2024.
The Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) is a global association that honours top-performing life insurance professionals for their exceptional sales achievements and outstanding client service.
Held at the Hilton Colombo Residences, the event brought together company leadership and MDRT qualifiers, including Court of the Table (COT) and Top of the Table (TOT) members, along with two distinguished lifetime membership achievers. The programme outlined the company’s strategic roadmap for MDRT in 2025, emphasising the readiness required to achieve these goals. Attendees were inspired by a motivational session conducted by a renowned industry expert, while the MDRT Country Chair provided invaluable insights and guidance to support aspiring members to join the MDRT success, the company said in a media release.
