The launch of ‘Kangaroo Ridge’/ ‘Château Tanunda’ wine in Sri Lanka was held at the Galle Face Hotel recently under the patronage of Shirantha Peries, the Chairman of Mega Trading (Pvt.) Limited and John Geber, the Proprietor of ‘Kangaroo Ridge’/ ‘Château Tanunda’.

‘Kangaroo Ridge’/ ‘Château Tanunda’ began its production in 1890 in Barossa Valley in (SA) Australia.

In 2020, the family celebrated its 130th anniversary, making a significant milestone in its history.

Also it is equipped with world class wine making facility that spans over 350 acres of vineyards. 

As a great cricket fan, John Geber, offers recreational amenities like croquet lawn and a cricket oval that has hosted over 40 former international cricketers including top Sri Lankans players.
