NDB Bank, only local bank to be named as a Great Place to Work

NDB Bank has once again been certified as a Great Place to Work for the period July 2025 to July 2026, affirming its status as a leading employer and the only local bank in Sri Lanka to receive this esteemed recognition.

The certification is based on extensive independent evaluations by Great Place to Work Sri Lanka, using globally benchmarked criteria that assess employee experience, workplace culture, trust, and people practices. Through confidential employee surveys and a comprehensive audit of HR initiatives, NDB Bank was recognised for fostering a culture that prioritises inclusion, purpose, and continuous development, the bank said in a media release.
