The Central Bank of Sri Lanka's monetary policy review for February will be issued on the morning of Tuesday, February 24 after the Monetary Board meets the previous day, Monday, officials said. This is the second meeting of the board after Arjuna Mahendran, an experienced banker, took over the helm of governor at the banking regulator. There were no changes in policy rates at the last meeting while the market is awaiting the decision on the board next week on whether the current interest rate regime will continue or remain as it is. - ENDS -
