Among the premium payment methods offered by Ceylinco Life are the ‘Easy Pay’ option hosted on the company’s website which can be accessed and operated with ease. The policy number is all that is required for payment of premiums with minimum hassle. Ceylinco Life also offers a ‘Direct Pay’ option via sms, where a link is sent for customers to enter their policy details and credit/debit card credentials securely online.
Additionally, the company said it has partnered with most major banking institutions in Sri Lanka as well with mobile wallet services such as FriMi, eZ Cash, mCash and Genie to facilitate anytime, anywhere premium payments.
