Colombo bourse shows early gains post 2nd budget reading

The Colombo bourse showed gains on Thursday at mid day breaking the losing streak following the voting on second reading of the budget, analysts said.

The and Benchmark All Share advancedby 0.2 per cent by 12,30 pm to stand at 6,876.72 with the 20-scrip S&P SL Index gaining 0.42 per cent to show 3,652.90  on a Rs. 954 million turnover.
