Colombo bourse was down on Monday's start, continuing from the losses it posted on Friday amidst volatile sentiments on expectations of an interest rate hike and mixed signals on interim financial statements for the last December quarter, analysts said. By 12.07 noon, the core All Share Index was at 7,305.97, down by 0.38 per cent with the S&P SL 20 index declining to 4,091.07 by 0.54 per cent. The market turnover was Rs. 356.7 million at this time.
