Colombo shares couldn’t sustain the bullish momentum and saw a heavy sell-off on Thursday, with analysts saying that this was due to index weighted counters dipping. Institutional and high net worth accumulation was seen in Distilleries, John Keells Holdings and Dialog Axiata. The All Share index dropped by 0.38 per cent to end at 7,331.39 while the 20-scrip S&P SL index was down 0.02 per cent to close at 4,115.77.Daily market turnover was Rs 1 billion.
