SriLankan Airlines has scheduled its first board meeting under the new Sirisena administration tomorrow . The national carrier is tipped to discuss state plans to merge SriLankan Airlines and Mihin Lanka as announced at the mini budget in January, officials said. In the meantime, it was reportedly stated that new Aviation Minister Arjuna Ranatunga had called for an inquiry on the board of SriLankan Airlines.The new board is yet to have a few more new appointments made to it which would be carried out next week.
