The Barefoot Gallery in Colombo is having an event titled the ‘1 Minute Countdown’ on Friday, March 21 starting at 6.30 p.m.
In short, it is a night of 35+ films screenings, 60 seconds each.
This is the first version of the countdown which will consist of a number of stories, of different genres “techniques, narratives, animation, experimental and performance art” created by artists from around the island.
Entry is free but you will have to register online to save a seat in advance.
Some of the artists who will be presenting their films include, Logithan Ram, Ruvin De Silva, Creative Chaos, Shenuka Corea, T.Krishnapriya and more…
After the film screenings there will be a performance by ‘Ruvin not Ruin.”
