Etisalat Lanka in partnership with JC Entertainments will present the first ever Woodstock Colombo 2015 concert on Saturday, September 26 at the CR&FC Grounds from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Woodstock Colombo brings together Sri Lanka’s most renowned and talented musicians to perform on one stage such as Rattlesnake, Flame, Mintaka, the Jerome Speldewinde Band featuring Shafi, Kamal Perera, Glen Terry, Jerome Speldewinde, Pradeep Ratnayaka, Rajitha (MISTY), Thilak Dias, CJ (Chris Dhason), Terry Bertus, Upula Madusanka, Lelum Ratnayake, Vibes (Hikka Drummers), Primal Liyanage, Naushad, Anne J and more.
Woodstock 2015 will raise funds for the Sunera Foundation and towards the construction of well-equipped and secure classrooms for the Primary School of Chundikuli Girls’ School in Jaffna, yet another initiative under Etisalat Lanka’s Corporate Social Responsibility umbrella which upholds the spirit of togetherness amongst people and communities.
The Sunera Foundation works towards enhancing the lives of differently abled young persons and was recently honoured with a Gold Award for the most outstanding non-profit organization of the year for the exceptional contribution towards the differently abled community in Sri Lanka. JC Entertainments Pvt Ltd has held several successful events in the past in aid of Sunera.
