The latest addition to Colombo’s décor offerings, the avant-garde furniture store ‘Space’ opened last week. ‘Space’ is the brainchild of Lalin Jinasena, hotelier and designer, best known for his Casa hotels in Colombo and Mirissa.
Located at Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7 in the heart of the commercial district of Colombo, ‘Space’ has stylish, yet affordable furniture for homes, offices and hotels. The furniture has been hand-picked by Jinasena himself, and imported to Sri Lanka.
The store is the ideal place for designers, architects, interior decorators and home owners, who are looking to add that little bit of extra style into their interiors. The store carries a range from unique statement chairs, sofas and complete living room sets, beds and bedroom furniture, dining tables and a range of chairs, unique mirrors and lights and also framed photographs taken by Jinasena himself.
