Since they were formed in 1988, Michale Learns To Rock (MLTR) did not take long to become a renowned international act. The band first entered the charts with their hit “The Actor” and have since released several songs which have topped charts all around the world.
MLTR fans in Sri Lanka will be delighted to know the band will be performing once again on May 18 at the Sri Lanka Exhibition and Convention Centre (SLECC), starting at 6.30 pm.
With sales of over 11 million records worldwide, and hit singles such as ‘The Actor’, ‘Sleeping child’, ‘Someday’, ‘Paint My Love’ and ‘You took my heart away’ to name a few their performance will definitely be one to remember, a statement from the organisers said. Furthermore, fans would get an opportunity to witness some of the band’s newer releases, which includes “We shared the night,” a single they released in 2016 and which they have dedicated to their show in Colombo, this year.
