Rockestra bringing back the greats and the sounds of classic rock

After more than a decade Rockestra returned with some fantastic performances of the best loved classic rocks songs of all time.

The stellar line-up included performaces by Chithral Somapal, Geoff Fernando of Purple Rain fame, Derek Wickramanyake, Kevin Almeida, Dylon Manuel of the Slipping Chairs, Sherry, Mirage, Russel Fernando and Noeline Honter.

And along with the star studded line up was Harsha Makalanda behind a 20 piece orchestra adding to the beautiful renditions of some amazing classic rock pieces.
