The Merces Benz Fashion Runways presented under the aegis of the Sri Lanka Design Festival saw three days of exciting fashions on the ramp at the Sri Lanka Exhibition and Convention Centre recently.
Featuring a blend of young design talent and the established names in the garment industry, the shows on Day One and Two aimed to highlight the country’s potential for producing fashion for travel – looks for the holidaymaker both casual and sophisticated.
Day Three featured the design talents of the graduating batch of the Academy of Design in the ‘Emerging Desgners’ show.
