Prime Minister Narendra Modi today visited the IPKF memorial here to pay homage to the Indian soldiers who lost their life during peacekeeping operations in this country in the early 1990s. Earlier the Indian Premier paid a visit to Parliament.
A Sri Lanka Air Force Bell 212 helicopter belonging to the No. 72 squadron has crashed into the Madhuru Oya reservoir this morning, Air FOrce Media Spokesman Eranda Geeganage said.
