The Attorney General (AG) department gave green light today to go ahead with a purchase agreement with India to secure Covid-19 vaccines, a senior official from AG said.
The AG’s Coordinating Officer State Counsel Nishara Jayaratne told the media today that AG Dappula de Livera gave approval to some amendments.
The agreement is to be signed between the State Pharmaceuticals Corporation of Sri Lanka and the Serum Institute of India Pvt Ltd.
