Attempt to abduct seven year old girl foiled, suspect arrested

A man who tried to abduct a seven year old girl during a visit to the Galle Face with her parents has been arrested by the Police.

The suspect, a resident from Pussellewa was arrested with the help of the public.

The incident had occured on Sunday.
