Shopping malls, Gymnasiums, indoor sport halls, children’s parks, swimming pools and spas will be closed and shopping malls can have only 25 per cent of its capacity at a time from today (18) until further notice, guidelines issued by the Health Ministry stated.
The revised permitted functions issued by the Health Ministry stated that only one person per household is permitted to leave the house. Only exceptions are for the purpose of work and to get medicine.
Economic centres will be opened only for wholesale trading under strict health and hygiene practices.
Carnivals, musical shows, and beach parties will not be allowed from today. Meetings, conferences, branch launches and seminars will not be permitted. Day care centres are instructed to be closed for two weeks. Parties, events and gatherings are not allowed with hotels, rest houses and guest houses allowed to open with 25 per cent of the capacity.
