Women and Child Affairs Minister, Saroja Savithri Paulraj, and a delegation attended a UN conference on eliminating discrimination against women in Geneva.
During their visit, they received blessings at the Geneva International Buddhist Vihara, where Venerable Thawalama Dhammika Thero, Halwathigala Sujatha Thero, and Migamuwa Gauthama Thero chanted Pirith.
The delegation included Deputy Inspector General Renuka Jayasundara and senior officials from the Women and Child Affairs Ministry, Attorney General’s Department, and Foreign Ministry.
