More than 250 vehicles used by ministers and officials have returned over the past two days.
NPP member Wasantha Samarasinghe said some of had parked the vehicles at Galle Face and several other locations without handing over vehicles in the proper manner.
He said those who failed to hand over vehicles in a proper manner will be held responsible.
