Nine killed, 40 injured in road traffic accidents
Nine persons have died and 40 others injured in road traffic accidents during the past two days, Police Spokesman DIG Ajith Rohana said. He said the majority of those killed are motorbike riders.
“Negligent, reckless and drunk driving are main reasons for road traffic accidents during the past few days,” the Police Spokesman said.
