Cabinet Spokesman Minister Bandula Gunawardene refuted news reports that the Cabinet of Ministers yesterday approved a proposal submitted by State Minister for Tourism Diana Gamage to cultivate cannabis in the country.
Minister Gunawardene further clarified that there were no such proposal submitted by the Ministry responding to a question raised at the Cabinet briefing today.
