The Committee on Parliamentary Business has decided to convene Parliament tomorrow (19) and on Wednesday (20) only.
Accordingly, the sessions will commence at 10.00 am on both days.
Parliament was initially scheduled to sit on four days this week, from January 19 to 22. The decision to reduce the sitting days to two from four was taken after PCR tests conducted on more than 950 individuals connected to Parliament revealed that nine of them were infected with COVID-19.
