Police HQ launches inquiry after video emerges showing top cop assaulting civilian
Police Headquarters said it has launched an inquiry regarding alleged "disgraceful conduct" of a senior police officer serving in the Sabaragamuwa Province.
The move comes after a video emerged showing a senior police officer in the Sabaragamuwa Province allegedly assaulting a civilian following an accident in Ratnapura this morning.
