President’s Secretary E.M.S.B Ekanayake has requested the Tamil National Alliance (TNA) to submit their views and proposals regarding the implementation of the 13th Amendment to the Constitution.
In a letter addressed to TNA leader R.Sampanthan, Mr. Ekanayake said President Wickremesinghe has directed him to get the views and proposals of the TNA in writing on or before August 15.
