The Telecommunications Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka (TRCSL) has issued a Telecommunication Service Provider Licence to Starlink Lanka (Pvt) Limited for the provision of Satellite Broadband Service in Sri Lanka.
The licence was issued under section 17B of the Sri Lanka Telecommunication Act No. 25 of 1991, TRCSL said in a press release.
The licence is effective from 12 August, 2024.
