Former Navy Commander Admiral Wasantha Karannagoda has arrived at the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) for the third time to record a statement over the youths abduction case in 2008/09.
Mr Karannagoda, was preivously instructed by the Supreme Court to report to the CID in connection with the case.
The order was issued when he filed a fundamental rights petition seeking the prevention of his arrest over the case.
