The Attorney General will file charges at the High Court against all suspects involved in the abduction of 11 youths in 2008/2009 including former Navy Commander Admiral Wasantha Karannagoda.
Senior State Counsel Janaka Bandara informed the Colombo Fort Magistrate Ranga Dissanayake when the case taken up for hearing today (Mar 06).
Meanwhile, the fundamental rights petiton filed by Admiral Karannagoda seeking the prevention of his arrest by the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) will be heard before the Supreme Court tomorrow (March 07).
