Appeals Court verdict on Gnanasara Thera on August 8

The Court of Appeal will deliver its verdict on the contempt of court case filed by the Attorney General's Department against Bodu Bala Sena (BBS) General Secretary Ven. Galagodaaththe Gnanasara Thera on August 8. 

The case was heard before a two-judge bench comprising judges Preethi Padman Surasena and Arjuna Obeysekere.
