Former Army Intelligence officer, Prem Anada Udalagama, who was remanded for the alleged invelovement in the killing of Lasantha Wickremetunga, former Editor of the Sunday Leader, was released on bail.
Udalagama was also a suspect in the assault in Upali Tennekoon, former Editor of the Rivira and Divaina newspapers.
Former Chairman of SriLankan Airlines, Nishantha Wickramasinghe, arrested on allegation of corruption by the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC) has been remanded until July 1 by the Colombo Magistrate court.
