The cabinet has approved the appointment of Mano Tittawella as Senior Adviser to the Minister of Finance and Media.
According to the government news portal he is expected to assist the minister in realizing the government’s economic and development agenda and drive its reform agenda.
He will continue to serve as the Secretary General of the Secretariat for Coordinating Reconciliation Mechanisms (SCRM), which is entrusted with coordinating transitional justice mechanisms and national reconciliation in Sri Lanka.
He is also the Non-Executive Chairman, EAP Group and serves as Brand Ambassador for the President’s “Prevention of Kidney Disease” Task Force.
